VO activation procedure

Have you just taken out a Full package or Fastback VO subscription with us? Here is the information we need to follow up your file:

Car-pass

In Fastback you have a direct interface with Car-pass, you just have to click on a Car-pass logo to get the mileage history and to send it automatically to the advertisement sites. To configure Car-pass, we need the following information for each point of sale:

Car-pass login (same as the one used for carpass.be)
Car-pass password
VAT number
Establishment number

Documents related to the car stock

Fastback allows you to create customised car stock documents. Via our default order form, we can change the color, font and logo of the document

We also have layouts for import documents (Spoticar, FCA, ...)

Import from stock

In order to avoid re-encoding your stock in Fastback by hand, we propose to our customers to do an Autoscout24 import. For this purpose we need the Seller ID of each point of sale on which you want to do an import. The Seller ID can be found on your Autoscout24 invoice.

The cars will be imported in "Preparation" status. We ask you, after the import is finished, to check the cars one by one and to fill in the missing information. Once the stock is fully checked, you can send us a ticket or get in touch with your contact person at Fastback to go "live" with the publication of the stock.

Live publication

Your stock has been checked and is ready to be published? It's time to activate the publications to the ad sites

You can contact our team via ticket as soon as you are ready, and don't forget to give us the list of sites to activate. Our team will take care of contacting the participants to activate the publication as soon as possible

Publication on my own site

It is also possible to publish the cars on your own website, even if it has not been developed by Fastback. For this, Fastback offers two features:

• Either via an iFrame, i.e. a page created by Fastback that can be easily integrated by your
• website manager
  Or via an XML feed containing all your vehicles in real time

You can ask your site manager to contact us to work out the technical details

Everything ready?

The documents come out with the desired layout? Your cars are online via Fastback? Your car-passes have been loaded in the system? Then you are ready to start managing your inventory with Fastback!
