This article is for dealers who made a connexion between their website and the lead API to receive the leads in Fastback
When someone visits your website and has a question about a car, the lead is send to Fastback
If you wish to be notified for all leads received, you can go to your account settings and activate the "Used car lead" button.

You can access to all the leads by clicking on your name, then "Leads" (1).
On this page, you can see all the leads received. The leads are linked to a vehicle (2), you can click on the vehicle's ID to see the details of the car.
You can click on the "Gear" (3) icon to see the customer's message and give a written answer automatically send by email by the system.
If you prefer to contact the customer by phone, you can set the lead as handled by clicking on the "Phone" (4) icon
If you open a specific car in the used cars management system, you can also access to the leads received for this car
