Managing alerts with Fastback

With the alerts, you can be notified by email by the system if car that might interest a customer comes in stock

To create an alert, follow those steps:

1. Go to the used cars vehicles page

2. Click on the blue "Create a vehicle alert" button

3. Search for an existing customer or create the customer by filling the form

4. Add a validity date and a comment

5. Don't forget to fill the wished car's informations. Only the milage, price and years are required, but you can also set up a brand, model, fuel type, ...

Once the alert is set up, you'll receive an email as soon as a car that reaches the alert is in stock in Fastback

You can also see your created alerts and manage them by going to the Dashboard and "My Alerts"
