How to delegate files from an old user to a new one?

Do you want a user to be able to access the files of another user who no longer has Fastback access in order to continue monitoring the files?

Nothing could be easier!

1. You must go to the "users" menu "user management".

2.  Deactivate the user who should no longer have access to your platform by clicking on the "V", if it becomes a red cross, it will be deactivated.

Please note!  Do not delete!  Do not press the trash can!

3. Then go to the file of the user to whom you want to delegate the files.

4. Select the name of the person (former user who no longer has access).

5. Click on save and the folders of this former user will be assigned to this person.
